English: The Indian Peafowl, Pavo cristatus (from Latin Pavo, peafowl; cristatus, crested),[2] also known as the Common Peafowl or the Blue Peafowl, is one of two species of bird in the genus Pavo of the Phasianidae family known as peafowl.
