Прямоугольное голубое полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, имеющее вдоль древка жёлтую полосу шириной в 1/5 длины флага, на основной части которого изображены фигуры из герба муниципального образования — лопата рукоятью вверх и поверх неё две кирки накрест, выполненные белым цветом, между черенками которых — жёлтые расходящиеся от центра листья: по два берёзовых вверху и внизу и два кленовых посередине.
