Описание и обоснование символики Флага 

Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба поселка Алмазный в зелёном, голубом и белом цветах.

Обоснование символики Флага муниципального образования:

Лазоревое поле и серебряные волнистые пояса в знак слияния двух рек - Иреляха и Малой Ботуобуйи, также символизируют красоту, мягкость, величие, славу, честь, верность, честность, искренность, сухость, ясность, целомудрие, безупречность, также - небо.

Серебро показывает красоту северного края, символизирует такие качества и понятия, как: невинность, непорочность, милосердие, мудрость, благородство, безмятежную радость, девственность, чистоту, откровенность, надежду, правдивость, честность, чистосердечность, искренность, правдивость, единодушие.

Зелёное поле герба показывает бескрайние таёжные просторы, также зелёные улицы посёлка.

Утвержден решением Алмазнинского поселкового Совета депутатов от 10.05.2023 г. № 8-1.

Герб зарегистрирован в Государственном геральдическом регистре РФ под № 14835.
