«Флаг муниципального образования „Наримановский район“ представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на котором воспроизводятся фигуры из герба муниципального образования „Наримановский район“, выполненные в голубом, жёлтом и белом цветах».

Описание герба: «В лазоревом поле промеж золотых краёв — серебряный цветок лотоса, сопровождаемый внизу серебряной фигурой, составленной из трёх поставленных на торец гонтов в пояс (причем крайние соприкасаются с золотыми краями), соединённых серебряным поясом, поверх краёв однократно изломанным вниз».
